˙Lead Quantity Survey Team for measuring and pricing using Contract drawings, specifications, and Bills of˙Quantities.? Advise on contractual matters.? Coordinate with Cost Control and Planning departments.? Ensure completeness and validity of contractual requirements.? Advise on Contractor?s resource allocation.? Handle audit payments to Contractors.? Ensure quick submittal and completeness of valuations.? Monitor and evaluate contractor?s final cost estimate.? Maintain expenditure records and variations.? Review, negotiate, and prepare claim settlements.? Evaluate and monitor activities & work done by Quantity Survey team.? Prepare financial statements for monthly report.?
