This role is involved in the Quality assurance department which includes mainly a data entry account with the below Responsibilities:

Update Tracking Sheets and maintain necessary spreadsheets needed for the QA process/department.
Prepare needed reports after reviewing and analyzing provided data; make recommendations for corrections and/or improvements.
Ensure that all of the provided data has been reviewed and that any errors discovered during the evaluation process have been corrected.
Adhering to best data management practices and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
Aligning with Operations through delivering accurate feedbacks on each typist to assist with improving the quality standards.
The selected candidate will be paid a basic salary and will have key performance indicators (KPIs) based on the number of errors discovered in the forms. As a Quality Evaluator, their primary duty is to ensure that data being inputted into the system is accurate and error-free.�
