Participates in forming the annual operational budget for the Lab for approval from the higher management.
Oversees the execution of the approved annual budget and the achievement of the budgets targets.
Oversees the daily operations, and works towards increasing efficiency and quality of the operation.�
Increases the Labs customer base, and builds up its reputation.
Strives to attract and retain high-caliber customers,and attracts high-value contracts.
Works in close cooperation with the QA/QC manager and the RSO to maintain and improve the high-quality standards of the Lab.
Works in expanding the Labs scope of work, and oversees the accreditation of the scope expansion.
Maintains a strict credit policy, and follows up the progress of the collection of the outstanding amounts.
Undersigns all geotechnical test reports, and assumes responsibility for their content.
