Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled QA/QC Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality control processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for quality improvement
  • Lead training sessions for employees on quality control standards and procedures
  • Manage and mentor a team of quality control technicians and inspectors
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  2. 1-5 years of experience in QA/QC management
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  5. Experience working in a regulated industry
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
