Job Description

We looking for pruchasing specialist to recive , examine and process requisitions , prepares bid specifications and other necessary documents related to the purchase of supplies.?Job Resonpsabilities :

  • ?Interview and correspond with vendor to be updated of new products and market conditions and trends.
  • maintain documentation that keeps track of purchases and use that information to communicate with accounting so they have all invoices.
  • place orders and answering any and all questions in regards to the status of orders, minimize risk by ensuring alternative sources of supply for critical items to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with keeping track of budget expenditures to ensure adherence to purchasing budget.
  • Verify warehouse inventory by inputting and adding supplies received to current inventory levels to keep minimum stock levels.
  • Provide information regarding ordering; answering questions and requests; making copies; updating and generating reports to keep management aware and update about the purchasing effectiveness.
  • Occasionally act as liaison between vendors and internal requestors.?
