Publishing LeadCairo / Logistics ? Logistics Operations / Full-Time We?re looking for an intelligent and enthusiastic Publishing lead to join our logistics team, building the best car buying experience for our users and enabling millions of customers to make more informed purchasing decisions through visual services and usability design with a close eye on detail is essential. You will be managing the car publishing experience end to end from studio operations to online content for our retail project related to the available inventory of cars.What you will be doing!+ Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our publishing department; this includes photoshoots, image editing, content write-up, and online publishing.+ Conduct ongoing research to understand what appeals to our target audience and provide the required initiatives to improve our online experience.+ Own planning and scheduling of our published materials while improving the time required for publishing+ Manage a publishing team of photographers and content agents+ Ownership of our online vehicle-related data and content and their impact regarding visuals and conversion while executing the required initiatives to improve those metrics.+ Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of vehicle data on the website.+ Follow imagery guidelines to prepare products for imaging and adhere to high-quality standards.+ Regularly report critical metrics like productivity, volume, and quality to stakeholders.+ Collecting and analyzing data and testing solutions for process improvements and new initiatives+ Provide daily supervision, mentoring, training, development, and performance management of the publishing team.+ Create training and process documentation that complies with imagery quality guidelines.Who you are !+ Can demonstrate experience in a technical imagery-related function.+ Experience in designing and implementing processes with quality assurance oversight.+ Experience with the offline x online publishing process is a plus.+ Experience in designing, analyzing, and interpreting metrics to identify weaknesses in processes.+ Passionate for bringing different people and teams together to build something wonderful.+ Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
