Develop the Assessment Matrix with competencies levels and tools required to be administered across job families.
Develop, maintain, and source materials for Assessment Center Library to ensure availability of right kits to assess ability, competence, and personality for key roles.
Plan and prepare a quarterly schedule of assessments to include observers, room bookings, and stationery materials.
Keep abreast of new tools available and conduct market intelligence to report how other companies have structured their assessment practices.
