Job Description

Job PurposePrepare Sales Quotations under the guidance of the Proposal Team Leader or Proposal Engineer and convert approved quotations into Sales Orders upon receipt of the official purchase order?Key Accountabilities

  • Review and identify the client / project requirements stipulated in the inquiry documents to propose the optimum product package, after coordinating with the different internal departments including: Projects /Design /Technical /Contracts /Planning, Site Services, Production and Delivery.
  • Monitor all outgoing Quotation/Tender Technical Submittals to clients to ensure that the documentation is in accordance with the Project requirements
  • Prepare the commercial and Technical Proposal in line with the client requirements. Liaise with the client for any technical / commercial clarifications
  • Assist in maintaining logs of all communications with the customer - assisting Oil & Gas Manager- in being the focal point with the client in all the stages of Project starting from the tendering stage till the full payment to FPI (Project Completion)
  • Revising all the Projects documentations ( i.e : Invoices, Packing list, Delivery notes, Project progress report , Payment progress,?.etc ) to assist Oil & Gas Sales Manager in insuring that all documents are correct and the Company can successfully claim all extra and/or variations of work and services provided by the company to the customer
  • Assist in following up/insuring the On-time production , testing , inspection , ( delivery ) , (and installation) of quality products in accordance with contract specification
