Job Description
Understand Brief Sheets sent by the Client Service and translate client?s request on the platform.
Set up clients? profiles on the Company portal, BODHI, and give them access on Insight.
Review all the existing clients? profiles to ensure all the available information are relevant and optimized for the client access, as per the client requirements.
Create tags for global projects that need set up in multiple languages.
Edit profiles based on feedback given from the Monitoring and Analysis teams, for more efficiency and effectiveness in their deliverables.
Conduct extensive research on the client, and obtain different variations of keywords in order to capture all relevant articles.
Understand Boolean queries and the logic behind setting up a query.
Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.
