1.? Responsible for site temporary mobilization.?2.? Coordinate efforts with technical manager, safety superintendent, financial manager through the direct communication and weekly meetings.?3.? Attend meetings, when necessary, with client and consultant.?4.? Manage, supervising construction work and leading his construction staff subordinates to execute the project in accordance with schedule and planned budget.?5.? Directly supervise project topographic work.?6.? Follow up construction requirements like project schedule, material supply and approval of concerned parties.?7.? Arrange for conducting working meetings with his subordinates and submit written report of the meeting to the project manager.?8.? Implement project quality system, in cooperation with quality manager.?9.? Implement project industrial safety and security system in cooperation with safety superintendent.?10.?????????????????? Ensure the implementation of company industrial safety and security policies and procedures.?11.?????????????????? Set a schedule for construction operation and follow up execution as to time, cost, etc. as well as defining reasons for any deviations.?12.?????????????????? Submit a comprehensive monthly report to project manager on all of the construction works.?14.??????????????????
