Job Description

SummaryResponsible for all project financial transaction include P&L & B/S items , provide financial planning ,analysis and reporting to different product lines within Grid BusinessRoles and Responsibilities

  • Own project accounting & financial reporting rigor of the portfolio of projects
  • Own cash flow planning and pacing, leading daily management with the projects team to meet financial goals.
  • Control and review project budget updates with the PMs and communicate variances to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Partner with PMs delivering project margin improvements through claims and ECOs forecasting.
  • Create analytics around Cost trends by operational team, develop account-level expertise and identify key drivers for variances (Variance Of Plan, Variance against prior year, variance against prior estimate etc. )
  • Prepare detailed Foreign Exchange analytics
  • Bi-weekly pacing: Provide consolidated backlog inputs to country MFs and operations leaders within the sub region
  • Comply with local and US GAAP reporting requirements as well as internal GE policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive finance experience and project finance background.
  • Fluent English & French language Spoken & written .
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or in a related field.
  • Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant
  • Excellent analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
  • Experience with financial systems/applications such SAP , Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation (pivot tables, Vlookup etc)
  • Self-motivated, high energy individual
  • Proven communication and stakeholder management skills
