We will also be able to answer any questions you might have.Please feel free to share our career site with any of your colleagues or anyone you know that might be looking for a job: https://jobs.lever.co/envisionemploymentsolutions Envision Employment Solutions is currently on the look for Profilers for one of our partners, a multinational technology companyJob Summary:Our partner Customer data profiler leveraging online sources/tools and potentially initial contact to identify customer contacts, interests, and eligibility for campaign.Responsibilities:Working with high volume potential sales leads to improve customer contact data qualityUsing client tools and online sources to research contact data such as physical address, phone number, point of contact within the sales lead?s organizationPlace data profiling calls to validate contact details collected through the research exerciseLog accurate contact detailsValidate customer industry and eligibility for campaignEnrich usage data using client facing toolsRequirements:Sales/customer service relationship background, telephone experience preferredFamiliarity with modern sales techniques and tools is a bonus, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs preferredA self-starter with a track record of outstanding performance and achieving goalsStrong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone, email, video and presentationsGeneral knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accuratelyAchievement and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross business collaborationSolid time management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision with a high level of integrityExperience using Microsoft Office Suite applicationsPassion for cloud technologies and changing the worldVery good English(oral, written and verbal skills)
