Our products and services span the digital spectrum, from enhanced extras packages promoting digital purchase to physical disc authoring.Our service offerings cover end-to-end workflows including language services such as scripting, subtitling, access services, dubbing, text and metadata localization in over 50 languages. Our technical services master and prepare this content in all distribution products including digital cinema, digital media and physical media (Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD).To date, we serviced thousands of titles for iTunes, Google Play, YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, Movies Anywhere and others. We also authored thousands of Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD discs. Our research and development team works on cutting-edge technologies such as 4K, high dynamic range (Dolby Vision, HDR10+), artificial intelligence and machine learning, software automation and our proprietary end-to-end operating platform branded as pHelix.Responsibilities:Supervise the workloads of the Digital Media Operations team.Quantify, track and report productivity and quality metrics of the Digital Media Operations team.Scoping capacity and technical requirements for upcoming projects.Work with production managers and leads to oversee assigned projects from start to finish, with the primary objective of carefully managing resources, meeting efficiency and quality objectives and reporting important milestones to all stakeholders.Lead a team of production coordinators to manage onboarding, recruitment, evaluation, and other administrative processes of the Digital Media Operations team.Maintain records of CAR (Corrective Action Requests).Identify and develop LMS (Learning Management System) courses as part of the Continuous Improvement learning program.Work with managers and leads to develop and maintain Pixelogic Knowledge Base articles when gaps are identified.Attend and provide action items and notes for weekly production meetings.Attend meetings with heads of operations to drive departmental and companywide operational initiatives.
