We are hiring a talented Production supervisor that will be responsible for overseeing our production operations, Ensure guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows for producing required quality product with the lowest Cost on the right time, as per revised production plans (RPP).Position Responsibilities:Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.Distribution of workload to operators in order to achieve daily production targets.Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.Follow up with planning and stores for availability of PM according to production schedules.Development of operator through multi-skill.Implementation of safety audits, 5S, TPM, GMP.Supervising hourly production and Utilization of manpower accurately.Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.Responsible for suggestions and Kaizen activities.Preserving discipline according to safety rules.
