1. Senior management participates in setting policies related to production and development of products and the introduction of new products.2. Develop production plans and participate in setting plans for needs and maintenance in the factory in order to achieve sales targets and customer requirements.3. Organizing the resources available in the factory and maximizing their optimal use to ensure the achievement of targets and budgets.4.
