In this role, you will develop and deliver complex technical training and educational programs such as multidiscipline technical training, complex technical course development, advanced technical on-the-job training for external customers and internal employees, direct product sales training, or business development curriculum. You will also collaborate with internal clients to assess, develop and implement training and development solutions to help Product Service lines achieve specific business objectives and solutions. A bachelors degree in engineering, education, or similar disciplines, and 8-10 years of experience in Human Resource Development or Product Service Line operations including curriculum development or training experience are required.
