Mission: Define system architecture for new products and interact with customers and OEMS. Ensure system developed according to Valeo and A-SPICE system engineering methodology standard. Provide technical trainings to team and other entities Perform technical review of system architectural design and system specification. Participate in system methodology and tools improvement roadmap.Responsibilities: 1- Ensure system design and development according to Valeo and A-SPICE system engineering methodology.2- Perform functional analysis and requirement elicitation with the customer and stakeholders for new products.3- Define system logical and physical architecture with justification.4- Perform technical reviews on the different projects activities.5- Coach and train other team member on system engineering methodology.6- Present work progress continuously through active participation of daily & weekly project meetings (Internal andexternal with other Valeo sites & OEMs)7- Develop system function list and organizing them into delivery phases to ensure maximum value delivered to thecustomer with each phase.8- Define system development plan and support electronics design leader in definition product schedule.9- Support electronics design leader in tailoring the standard processes based on project needs.10- Review system specification with implementation and test functions.11- Establish, update and maintain system risks and issues list12- Provide traceability to customer requirements.13- Provide system deliverables on time and respect budget.14- Support electronics design leader to answer RFQ (Request For Quotation). Educaton :B.Sc. in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.M.Sc. or Ph.D. is a plus.Technical qualification :Good knowledge in Thermodynamics,Good knowledge in Control Law, theory of control and System Engineering.Very good knowledge about software engineering (requirement, design, development, Architecture, verification and validation)Good scripting skillsvery good power electronics knowledgeGood knowledge in Automatic Control, Motor Drives & Electric Motors.Automotive SPICE is a PlusKnowledge in AC Loop is a plusKnowledge in Electric heaters is a plusKnowledge in Motor Control is a plusPersonal qualification:Excellent command of English language is a must.German language is a plus.Absorb and Learn new technologies.Ability to travel to France, China and Germany.International mindset.Customer main focus and customer satisfaction (Car Manufacturers).Result oriented.Goal commitment.Pre-Requisite: 5+ years of SW/SYS experience (preferably automotive) 2+ Minimum Years experience of SYS Development or Validation ASPICE Awareness is a Plus
