Process Improvement team level responsibilities:? Coach & support standard/Junior/Senior Process Improvement engineer knowledge and skills ramp up.? Conducting team induction trainings.? Consult PI team Standard/junior/Senior members in technical issues.Transversal responsibilities:? Coaching Research & Development teams applying newly introduced concepts /methodologies. Supporting Research & Development teams in identifying gaps from international standards through internal audits/assessments (A-spice ISO 9001, IATF 16949 ... etc).? Supporting Research & Development teams close any identified process gaps through external/internal assessments for complex projects.? Act as a consultant for process related issues for both Process Improvement junior/standard/senior employees and Research & Development teams.? Participate in complex and challenging Process Improvement initiatives.? Participate in conducting process training.? Report status of owned tasks regularly.? Handle end to end complex organization level improvement initiatives to obtain and achieve organization defined targets.? Bachelor of Computer Science / Bachelor of Computer Engineering.? ASQ Quality Certificates (CQIA, CQPA, and CSQE) are preferred.? From 5 to 7 years of experience in the below fields: - Software Process Improvement / Software Quality Assurance / Software Quality Auditing / Software ? Development / Software Testing.
