  • Perform the required tasks for the periodic project reviews, updates and communicate with Project Team onshore and offshore for relevant inputs and information
  • Prepare and update Required reports / presentations on time with the required Quality.
  • Awareness with AlstomDesign for Qualityprocess and requirements. Provide support to Project team to adhere to company process and governance
  • Fully understand and implement Risk, saving and Opportunity Management process and provide a regular update and highlight possible unforeseen Risks or opportunities
  • Support the flow of information and governance regulation between the project team and the Corporate teams
  • Communicate the project status to the corporate reviews/ presentations and communicate back to other project controls functions/ teams any required action
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree.
  • 4-7 years? + experience in PMO / Project Controls role.
  • Previous Experience in transportation systems project planning is advantageous. Experience with reporting in a similar projects or similar Governance models will be extremely beneficial.
  • Very Good communication skills&time management skills.
