Production planning and execution to achieve production related performance metrics & meet market requirements within budgeted cost and lead time.Manage & control Fixed Overheads of factory operations.To lead and direct factory functional teams to achieve objectives in Quality management and Productivity ImprovementTo drive maintenance, TPM compliance and enhance manufacturing efficiencies.To build a culture of cost & productivity improvement and lead change management.To manage shift and line manning to optimize productivity while also driving automation to reduce manpower dependency.To have knowledge of local regulatory requirements and liaison with concerned authorities.The member would work closely with Procurement, Planning, Finance and other functions & develop right systems and processes and practices for the Operations.
