Job Description

  • Perform all planning and scheduling related tasks in the assigned project(s),
  • Prepare progress reports for the assigned project(s),
  • Prepare and update time schedules and layouts,
  • Collect monthly data & prepare the overall monthly reports.
  • Perform earned value management & critical path method to monitor the progress of the project(s),
  • Participate in planning-related meetings with the planning team, project team(s), and any other related parties.
  • Review Contractors? baseline and update schedules against the specification
  • Review Construction Schedule Updates: construction status and projection.
  • Perform Variance Analysis and recommend Corrective actions
  • Follow-up handing over and livable zones status report of the project.
