Location: Ain El SokhnaAccountabilities and duties:úCreate the Project Schedule.úUpload all the required labor, equipment, and materials resourcesÿto the program.úInitiate the S-Curve Virtual Progress Plan, and make periodic updates to the program as per the project required.úÿPrepare the hierarchical structure of the works (WBS) Work Break down Structure, and ensure that the hierarchical structure is as compatible as possible with the approved divisions in the bill of quantities.úPrepare the cash flow chart, and matches the owners financing capacity.úResponsible for monitoring, following up, and developing the timeline program by comparing it with the base program, and the process of updating the schedule at periodic intervals.úValidate the actual data during the periodic follow-up of the project provided by multiple sources.úReviewing and approving invoice verification for payment based on cost-loaded schedules, as required.úDetermining critical-path activities for assigned discipline or specialties, identifying significant activities supporting inter-discipline requirements, and identifying the critical path for discipline or specialty work activities.úPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports such asÿ(resources histograms, updated schedules, KPI (Key Performance Indicator), S-Curve, a summary of the Project progress, procurement status, ?.) for the clients and top management.úPrepare procurement plan showing local and imported materials in addition to dates for material submittals.úPrepare any claim by using any time impact methodology.
