Location: Elkhobar, El Dammam KSAYears of Experience: 5-7Education: BS in Engineering ElectricalMust have experience in˙˙Manufacturing˙FieldPreparation and maintenance of level 1,2,3 &4 Plans as fully constrained and resourced networks, including the leveling of work within agreed priorities, resource levels, and targets.Assist in developing the program integrated schedule consistent with the Major Projects Common Process.Develop and manage detailed schedules covering activities through to the start of execution.Liaise with the Planning and Cost Control Unit concerning resource management and project progress.Liaise with the PMO/PMs concerning progress reporting.Assist with the preparation of weekly and monthly planning/progress reports.Ensure compliance with the work breakdown structure and coding.Assist with maintaining performance measures for productivity, rework, and achievement against plans.Establish project schedule, man-hour budget and monitor its progress. Routinely analyses, evaluate and forecast the current project status against the baseline schedule. Assess the impacts of design or construction changes to the schedule.Evaluate the actual position of the project, compare the actual state with the desired state, and takes corrective actions if required.Develop and maintain integrated resource-loaded baseline and current schedule.Ensuring adherence to recommended best practices (critical path) and quality standards (six sigma).
