DescriptionRole purpose:Track Technology strategy implementation and KPIs reporting by doing benchmark & drive actionable insights.Manage the business reporting process and timelines, to collect markets? implementation KPIs in timely manner aligned with budget calendar and finance stakeholders.Manage the reporting system, is accountable for managing applications based on Oracle Hyperion Planning (or similar like Google cloud GCP) which are used to collect KPIs for Networks. This includes collecting requirements, defining managing demands, implementing functionalities and security rules, managing the user community (200+ across VF markets) and supporting individual users.Key accountabilities and decision ownership:Reporting ToolsAccountable for projects to improve non-financial reporting processes and tools within Network Planning.Accountable for managing requirements, Key systems architect for OHP applications (Or similar like Google cloud GCP) within Network Planning.Responsible for 1st and 2nd level support for the tools (200+ users) and the underlying platforms.Planners CommunityAccountable for managing the community of Technology Planners through use of communications tools such as dedicated Sharepoints, webcasts and videos. To collect markets? strategy KPIs on timely manner.Do markets? KPI benchmark and drive actionable insights.Responsible for evaluating new reporting solutions using cloud-based toolsSkillsCore competencies, knowledge and experience:Good understanding of network planning topicsCommunication and ability to influence. Good customer relationship management skills to interface with all VF markets. Both Technical and non-technical audience.Experience in projects delivery and process management.Good team player: coordinate with Vendors and technical support teams.Fluent in English both written and spoken.Must have technical / professional qualifications:University degree preferably in Information Technology.Excellent knowledge of IT application and operations of IT environments. Oracle OHP and Google cloud GCP products for reporting purposes.Analytics and reporting tools e.g. PowerBI, TableauBasic knowledge of mobile network, with preferable experience in Transmission and core domains.#_VOIS #movewithus
