Our People Business Partneris accountable and responsible for driving thepeople/HR agenda in the region. You will be guiding local teams and providing sound advice andguidance to solve daily HR-related matters.Our People Business Partner will be responsible for championing our global and local processes, ensuring any local HR topics are managed in a timely and professional manner.Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full employee life cycle and delivering across all areas of HR, enabling local management to build a high-performance culture
  • Leading the local recruitment as well as onboarding to attract and retain top talent
  • Working closely with payrollto assure an accurate payroll process
  • Establishing and driving effective performance management, reward and recognition strategies which facilitate, support and maintain a high-performance culture
  • Driving organisational change, people development, career development and compensation processes to support the attraction and retention of key staff
  • Continuously partnering with the business stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the people needs and meet competitive goals and expectations
  • Leading the development and implementation of objectives and initiatives, locally, to offer best in class HR Service delivery that is aligned with Group strategy
  • Effectively partnering with Senior Management team members and other Group stakeholders to design, refine and implement innovative people strategies/solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with German labour laws and other regulations and managing sensitive/highly confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Acting asambassador for our organisation?s values; leading the culture and organisational transformation - applying effective change management strategies where required
  • Self-lead learning, keeping abreast of international best practice at all times and ensuring for consistency to group policy, wherever local labour law doesnt supersede
  • Continuously seek to identify insights, and other factorsmay impact the business, identify solutions and improve/automate current practices to ensure continual improvement
ABOUT YOUOur ideal candidate has exceptionally high ownership, excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment. They would also be insanely focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving; You will be an exception HR professional with a broad and holistic knowledge across all areas of HR. Including, onboarding, recognition and reward, organisational development and conflict resolution.   • At least 3 years experience as HR Business Partner or a comparable role
  • Proven track record operating in a busy HR / People function across multiple areas of HR (i.e. Employee relations, Engagement, L&D, Talent Acquisition etc.)
  • Good experience in Recruitment as well as familiarity with local and international job boards
  • Agile, flexible and responsive approach to work
  • High focus on achievement and results delivery
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skillswith the ability to engage and motivate others
  • Persuasive communicator with strongstakeholder management skillsand the ability to convince, influence andpersuasively articulate a value proposition
  • Adapt to problem-solving and conflict resolution and a client-centric approach to solution-selling
  • A proven track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and execution
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a great attention to detail; able to provide meaningful reporting and narrative on market insights
  • Extensive knowledge ofHR policies,HR software, databases, and management systems
  • Previous experience within a tech environment, start-up, rapidly-scaling business and/or in a matrix organisational structure would be a distinct advantage
