Job Description

We Are Hiring!We are looking for game changers to join our team as People and Culture Lead with below roles and responsibilities:Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop activities to increase the employee engagement
  • Lead HR Projects regarding employees engagement and satisfaction
  • Responsible to develop and implement communications, events, and engagement plan
  • Develop comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy
  • Initiate and implement innovative Team building and collaborative initiatives that helped improve the Organizational Development Index.
  • Lead on the development and implementation of new engagement platform, which we see as integral to the future of our organizational communications
  • Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across Leadership team and business byconceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
  • Acting as an employee advocate to ensure fairness and consistency across the organization
  • Supporting in and administering the performance management cycle
  • Encouraging the awareness of our Values and Principals
