Your role -?The incumbent would be leading the operations for the company in Egypt. Would also be responsible to ensure synchronization between the technological and Operations department to ensure the highest standard of quality. Lead the changes in industry, services, and technology and innovation projects in the Food & Beverages segment. You would lead manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality assurance for the entire plant. Driving a cohesive strategy that maximizes efficiency, QA, operations management, continuous improvement, Kaizen, and strategic leadership. You would drive and manage plant operations for production with a focus on operating efficiency?(OEE) and SQF?(Safe Quality Food) production and act as the change leader for fresh ways of working. You would implement, lead, and supports a lean manufacturing culture that aligns with the annual business plan.
