Job Description

Responsible for ensuring that all operations are fulfilled within the budget, margins with high effectiveness & according to the plan profitability.

  • Manage and control all company operations from manufacturing, assembly, testing, installation, commissioning, and training phase of project delivery to ensure timely and cost efficiency of project closure.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results; delivering projects in time, according to the approved budget and to the quality required in the specifications.
  • Develop the operations, by efficient schedule plan, coordinating, and enforcing standards and procedures through all stages of the projects.
  • Prepare audit reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Reviewing and approve the planning schedule for all the projects and manufacturing process, matching initial project time. Also maintain historical records of projects documents.
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing the operations budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; maintain the hardware cost and contribution margin as planned.
  • Manage with purchasing and logistic department the required spare parts stock and identify the new ordering time, to perform all operations according to the production plan forecast and running projects.
  • Provide technical support to sales manager to ensure the offered products or projects are technically complies with client requirements.
  • Follow and implement the new technologies to upgrades the company produces and services for keep company growth sales.
  • Attend coordination/ kick-off meetings as necessary.
  • Perform other tasks as required.
  • Maintains professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications.
  • Create a learning environment by sharing lessons learnt and transferring tacit to explicit knowledge.
  • Hire/recruit local resources as agreed to in the business plan.
  • Maintains technical team by recruiting, selecting employees, following up on work results
  • Maintains engineering staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
