Role purposeRole purpose: To lead, manage and deliver cross-functional projects with impact in different networkdomains. Ensure on time with budget and quality throughout all project phases starting with requirements,design, development, testing & acceptance, deployment and transitions to operations, with proveninternational experience working with virtual teams across different organizations and countries. This rolerequires technical background and experience in telecommunications, system integration, strongstakeholders? management and excellent communication and reporting skills to different managementlayersKey accountabilities? Manages the full lifecycle of cross functional projectswith impact in network platforms: feasibility study,development, testing, acceptance and deployment? Implements solid project management principles:Agile and waterfall delivery as per agreed frameworkwhile using specific SW tools across the organization.Manages collaboration tools to make sure projectdata is centralized and up to date.? Produces project documents as per NSE feasibilityand delivery management processes framework(Creates, maintains and tracks project plans, costestimates, risks and issue logs throughout thelifecycle of the project). Manages all the projectsrelated activities (requirements, planning, reporting,etc.) towards the successful delivery of customerrequirements, timely reporting to projectstakeholders and addressing risks & issues identified? Managing project resource requirements andintegrating them into project plans. Builds acomplete stakeholder register with clear projectorganizationSkillsCore competencies, knowledge and experience:?3+ years? experience in project management/delivery in the telecommunication & network field.Agile delivery for network projects (Track record of successful delivery of telecom/network projects).?Ability to work within virtual teams and proven international experience delivering projects across various countries using multicultural teams.?Process & project management?Stakeholder management?Good knowledge of the overall network architecture (all domains): mobile and fixed network technology (design, implementation and roll out of services).Must have technical / professional qualifications:?University degree in computer science, telecommunications or equivalent?Project Management accreditation (e.g. Agile, SAFe or PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner)?Good awareness of wider technology aspects in telecommunications?Inter-functional relationships between network platforms and IT systems#_VOIS #movewithus
