Assists/ participates in audits of the suppliers? facilities.
Performs shop survey of the suppliers? facilities.
Reviews supplier?s prepared documents in conformance with industry codes and standards, written procedures and specified requirements including quality control and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
Completes the minimum supplier quality surveillance data sheet in the Material Requisition for Quotation (MRQ).
Prepares project supplier quality surveillance plan for the assigned projects.
Performs supplier quality surveillance activities and releases for shipment for complex engineered equipment.
Supervises and monitors activities performed by Supplier Quality Surveillance Engineers.
Ensures the full implementation of the Company manuals, procedures and departmental work instructions in accordance with the requirements of the Company Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management systems.
