Welcome new joiners and ensure they receive their induction pack, badges, uniforms, locker keys, access cards, and register their fingerprint.
Collaborate with the HRSS team to create and share new joiners? user and email accounts with their line managers.
Communicate store policies, procedures, and internal announcements as directed by the store HRBP.
Respond to employees? queries on various HR matters with support from the store HRBP.
Report work needs, challenges, and recommendations to the HRBP to facilitate decision-making.
Assist store line managers in understanding and implementing policies and procedures.
Collect company keys, uniforms, cards, and other property from departing employees.
Ensure accurate staff schedules are planned and consolidate payroll and leave reports monthly, in coordination with the Staff Planning Specialist.
Maintain records of attendance, overtime, turnover, sick leaves, recruitment tracker, and other relevant HR metrics.
Assist with HR-related projects, provide admin support to store management, coordinate travel arrangements, and organize employee engagement activities
