Job Description

Overview of the roleTo assume responsibility for, and ensure the efficient operation of all Engineering services, overall property appearance, and all related to service provider contract management, ensuring that all assets are maintained well and various operational costs are budgeted annually.What you will doContract Management:

  • Coordinate with FM, and procurement to prepare tender briefs.
  • Evaluates tenders and sets KPIs for contracts.
  • Reviews the scope of work and adjustments for maximum efficiencies.
Asset Management:
  • Reviews of yearly preventative maintenance schedule with FM.
  • Monitors preventative maintenance schedules with FM.
  • Conduct quarterly asset quality and condition checks.
  • Review and approve RFA?s.
  • Assist HSE inspections with security and HSE team.
  • Coordinate future developments in line with the retail strategy.
  • Prepare and forecast any enhancements to the building through the CAPEX procedures.
  • Comparing and calculating the cost of required services.
  • Manages inspection and work completion approval for FM and contractors on agreed works.
  • Obtain 3rd party certification for all escalators, and elevators within the FM department.
Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for contractors and facilities management providers.
  • Develops a summary of completed work and checks Building Finishes.
  • Maintains a monthly maintenance cost report.
Energy Management:
  • Drives improvement in water and electricity saving initiatives with various stockholders.
