Job Responsibilities:

Lead, direct and manage CFC service providers to enhance the performance & to achieve high level of service quality of operation and maintenance.
Manage inspections at site for final handing over according to the proper handover procedures.
Manage the Operation & Maintenance of CFC systems with prevailing standards/ quality systems in most efficient, timely and cost effective manner.
Manage the Operation & Maintenanceat CFC which include:
Supervising HO snags rectification.
Following up DLP requests for residential communities.
Following up indoor service requests considering the agreed SLA and client satisfaction.
Implementing quality inspection tours to enhance site condition.
Following up corrective and preventive maintenance.
Implementing enhancement projects as per company?s directions.
Managethe Operation & Maintenance works at CFC buildings which include:
Commercial buildings.
Residential buildings/units.
Mixed use buildings.
All other new buildings.
