Job Description

Overview of the role˙Manages the development process, through different project steps up to and including the practical completion to ensure the achievement of the project vision.˙What you will do˙

  • Preparing Development Briefs and all required development documents and submissions˙for running / new developments and ensure the adherence of all departments with Development Brief throughout all the project phases.
  • Monitor Development Briefs , other development documents and Reports including identification of opportunities/risks; site conditions; outline project/stakeholders requirements; cost estimates and anticipated revenues; market studies; range of consultants and others to be engaged for the project; project feasibility studies and appraisals; funding options; project timeframe; proposed future actions and recommendations; project KPI?s.
  • Prepare Business Cases to obtain the approval of the case with coordinating with different stakeholders to develop necessary documents and studies in compliance with AFGRE policies and procedures.
  • Monitor performance; Review project dashboards and ensure that projects are complying with the feasibility assumptions in terms of anticipated costs and forecasted revenues.˙
  • Coordinate with the all other departments Team to ensure that projects are progressing in line with the Master Development Programme across the different development phases.
  • Review and Monitor Sales Trends of different products and prepare the corresponding Sales and Pricing strategies considering the sales targets and the actual sales absorption rates.
  • Support and assets the Senior Development Managers in implementing the development vision.
