Job Description

National_Community & Property Coordinator | Real Estate | CFCOverview of the roleÿTo act on behalf of the Developer as his representative to coordinate Buyers contract, expectations and requests, to ensure these are compliant with the Developer specifications, and Community Rules.ÿWhat you will doÿ

  • Review sales agreements.ÿ
  • Ensure the handover to the Buyers is as per the sales agreement.
  • Handover allocated units to Buyers upon nominated handover date.
  • Receive and attend to queries from buyers and their consultants concerning unit specification, community/fit-out regulations etc.
  • Technical support measured via log and time required to attend to inquiries.
  • Monitor fit-out activates for the handed over residential units to ensure the fitting-out process have executed according to community regulations/manual and sales agreement.
  • Ensure the buyer have paid in full all their financial obligations prior to handover.
  • Monitor construction progress and providing the required site survey for inspecting the residential units to insure the units? handover on time.
  • Follow up the services provided to residential homeowners.ÿ
  • Manage the upkeep/uplift of the common areas and community services across the residential zones.
