• Ensures satisfactory execution and commercial management of contracts in compliance with AFGRE guidelines, standards, policies and procedures.
• Reviews the status of all variation orders to capture holding points and supports stakeholders to settle all pending variation orders. 
• Provides effective claims management services and supports disputes resolution;
• Supports stakeholders with strong/solid contractual advice as may be requested.
• Prioritizes competing demands of completing various tasks within a limited time frame and manages emerging situations in order to achieve perso,nnel, team and AFGREs goals and objectives.
• Identifies and recommends opportunities to optimize company investments and cost savings.
• Recommends areas for improvement with respect to the procedures for tendering and commercial contract management services.
• Ensures that company business processes are strictly implemented.
• Suggests improvements and supports new process implementation.
• Works with stakeholders to develop creative and flexible approaches and solutions.
• Achieves high-performance results in a collaborative and conducive environment. 

Role Qualifications: 

• Bachelors Degree in Civil, Architecture, or Engineering.
• 7 - 10 years of experience in real-estate developers.
• CLAC, FIDIC, or any post-grad studies will be an asset.
• Analytical skills, negotiation, and conflict resolution are core competencies for this role.
