Job Description

Overview of the roleÿFollow up on all low current systems operation/troubleshooting in addition to ISOP activities and ticketing systemÿWhat you will doÿ

  • Handling ISOP platform integration with BMS systems in coordination with the CM teamÿÿÿ
  • Following up on BMS systems troubleshootingÿÿ
  • Monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) approved by Facilities Management, by reviewing reports and schedules with service providers
  • Ensure that the Asset Register is up-to-date regarding additions, deletions, and changes
  • Assist the maintenance provider in troubleshooting issues by providing diagnosis from BMS for faster response
  • Coordinate with the construction team regarding the handover process towards the BMS system to ensure system quality
  • Operation and maintenance of the BMS equipment mainly in AHU, FCU, Fans, Pumps, DX units, BMS panels, and control panels.ÿ
  • Repairing and fault rectification of AHU, FCU, Fans, Pumps, DX units, actuators, BMS panels, and controls repair.ÿÿ
  • Installation of the control panels and MCC panels.ÿÿ
  • Strong Experience in chilled water pipes, Ducts, Valves, and instrumentation repairs promptly and efficientlyÿÿ
  • Carry out electrical maintenance work, such as repair or replacement of control panels equipment, including DDC, relays, contactors, thermostat units, and instrumentation devices, by applying the right toolsÿ
  • Integration between BMS system and low current systems such as fire Alarms and access control panelsÿ
  • Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions and applying the CM and PM by using the ISOP system
