STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Completion of a first-level university degree. in one of the following fields: social sciences,????????statistics, development economics, epidemiology, performance management, monitoring, and evaluation or other related fields, or First University degree with additional years of relevant work experience and/or training/courses.?Experience:Six years of relevant professional work experience in data management/reporting online/offline tools and programme cycle, including implementation, supply chain networks and reporting. Experience in international development or humanitarian work in a multi-national environment is desirable.?Knowledge & Skills:knowledge of information management principles, with the ability to analyze and present data for different reporting and management purposes.Practical knowledge on programme implementation including supply chain networks and reporting is required,knowledge of data quality control and assurance mechanisms, how to work with relevant technology and procedures to collect; organize, share and use corporate information;excellent command in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;technical skills on visualization methods and tools and data quality control tools; ability to provide support remotely.Languages:Fluency (level C) in English and Arabic languages.
