Monitoring & Testing1. Assist in the data extraction and consolidation of Compliance Monitoring and Testing review and test elements to ensure having the proper review scope2. Perform monitoring and testing routines that identify and quantify breaches (if any) to regulatory and compliance requirements and breaches to KPIs, KRIs and RAIs. Execute comprehensive test matrixes while ensuring that adequate testing and sampling methodology is in place.3. Ensure ongoing understanding of regulatory requirements and related internal policies and procedures from a Compliance to properly identify and assess Compliance risks and controls.4. Document the samples extracted and align it with the testing papers to ensure that the proper samples were taken to measure the highlighted Compliance risks.Policies, Processes and Procedures5. Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent mannerDay- to-day operations6. Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Compliance Monitoring & Testing department to ensure continuity of workCompliance7. Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB?s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risksQualifications & ExperienceBachelor degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalent.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in banking industry; experience in Compliance/Control areas preferredGood knowledge of quality assurance principlesUnderstanding of risk-based testing and review methodology and international standardsCorporate Banking / Business Banking experience is a plusRegulatory Compliance / Compliance Monitoring is a plusSkillsGood command of English and Arabic languagesProblem solvingDetails orientedStrong analytical skillsCommunication skills
