About This Job:??Astellas is currently hiring Medical Representatives to be based in Cairo/Alexandria, Egypt. The role reports directly to the District Sales Manager, Egypt.??Purpose of the Position:???To achieve the territory sales targets through delivery of agreed activity levels and implementation of product marketing strategies in primary/secondary care.??Meet the assigned targets for profitable sales growth in the assigned portfolio and geography.??Identify and close on business opportunities through active collaboration with team members.??Continuously enhance therapy and market knowledge, sales, and personal skills.??Maintain the highest level of pharmaceutical business ethics.??Maintain compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements, applicable guidelines, and SOP?s.??Achieve hospital/territory/secondary care sales targets through implementing individual activity considering call rates, coverage and frequency of calling on identified customers etc.??Manage the hospital/territory/secondary care meetings and sponsorship budgets on an ongoing basis to ensure budget compliance and return on investment??Develop a Hospital/Territory/secondary care Action Plan which clearly outline the activities to be undertaken ? working in partnership with colleagues??Agree clear and SMART objectives with the line manager and review achievement of objectives regularly and put in place activities as required??Take ownership of the region?s contacts with KOLs.?Additional information:???Full time, permanent position??Cairo/Alexandria, Egypt
