Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Media Buyer to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. You will work closely with our marketing team to understand target audiences, develop media strategies, negotiate and purchase media placements, and analyze campaign performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and has a deep understanding of media buying platforms and industry trends.Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop media strategies that align with business objectives and target audience.
  2. Identify and research target audience demographics, media consumption habits, and market trends to optimize media buying decisions.
  3. Negotiate and purchase media placements across various channels, including TV, radio, print, digital, and social media.
  4. Create and manage media schedules and budgets to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging media platforms, and new advertising technologies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and negotiate favorable rates and placements.
  8. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
  9. Ensure compliance with legal and industry regulations and standards.
  10. Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  2. Proven work experience as a Media Buyer or similar role.
  3. Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  5. Proficient in using media buying platforms and tools.
  6. Knowledge of market research and audience analysis techniques.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
