Job Description

Job Purpose(Execution supervision)Supervise the execution of the projects (firefighting systems - HVAC ? sanitary facilities) works according to the plan.(self-execution)Execute the projects mechanical works (firefighting systems HVAC ? sanitary facilities)according to the plan.?Job Responsibilities(Execution supervision)?

  • Consider the drawings and contract documents and inform the Execution supervision Director of any deficiencies in the design or any inconsistencies or lack of clarity in the documents to take the necessary actions;
  • Supervise the execution of (firefighting systems ? HVAC ? sanitary facilities) on the ground and inform the supervision department manager of any defects and violations that are in the executed works so that he can take the necessary action;
  • Participate in considering the contractors submittals regarding the (firefighting systems ? HVAC ? sanitary facilities) and determine their compliance with the contract requirements to ensure compliance with the contract; - Work on controlling the supplied materials quality, ensure their conformity to the specifications, take samples of these materials and supervise the laboratory tests being conducted for them to ensure their quality;
  • Receive the works handover requests (firefighting systems ? HVAC ? sanitary facilities) submitted by the contractor, inspect and take the accurate measurements of the works, and sign the works receipt requests with approval or disapproval while clarifying the disapproval causes to ensure compliance with the contract.

  • Plan and analyze all the possible construction methodologies and recommend the best options to the project manager for approval prior to the on-site execution;
  • Consider the drawings, contract documents and applicable standards or specifications before carrying out any functions to implement the scheme;
  • Plan to execute all the mechanical related works and manage all mechanical groups in accordance with the approved drawings, contract documents and all applicable site standards to implement the plan.
  • Supervise the execution of (firefighting systems ? HVAC ? sanitary facilities) works on the ground and inform the supervision department manager of any defects and violations that are in the executed works so that he can take the necessary action
  • Draft and prepare the handover documents submitted to the consultant regarding the (firefighting ? HVAC ? sanitary facilities) works and prepare the necessary documents and panels to implement the plan.
  • Consider the drawings and contract documents in detail and inform the Execution Supervision Director of any deficiencies in the design or any inconsistencies in the documents?to take the necessary actions.
  • Participate in considering the contractors submittals regarding the (firefighting systems ? HVAC ? sanitary facilities) works to ensure compliance with the contract;
