DescriptionAs a Mass Segment Sr Specialist you will be responsible to deliver a variety of propositions within the Mass Segment calendar delivering on defined KPIsJob Responsibility? Responsible for brainstorming and developing propositions addressing a defined business challenge or opportunity? Responsible to monitor Mass/Brand Segment KPIs, and apply duly necessary actions? Sustain an ongoing relationship with stakeholders to instil sense of ownership and accountability towards the Mass calendar delivery in a competitive market? Regularly engage in all Voice of the Customer activities including Trade visits, Call Centre & Social Media review, and research fieldwork.Required Criteria? Analytical skills? Customer centric?
