Job Description

Marketing Manager | Marketing | AFRE CairoOverview of the roleÿThis role will be in charge of Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate & CFC brands? marketing communications management & enhancement, promoting the brand on all platforms to help raise awareness and hence boost sales.ÿWhat you will doÿ

  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to budget featuring creative marketing concepts to support the brand, generate revenues, and drive traffic.
  • Manage campaign budgets, working with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage all content.ÿ
  • Work cross-functionally and with the marketing team to help establish the systems and processes that will consistently drive business growth.
  • Align with the regional marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Ensure top-of-mind awareness of the brand and a wider targeted reach and align with the campaigns key messages and goals.ÿ
  • Supervise the designs, contents, and edits and oversee the production of printed promotional material including catalogs, brochures, and flyers.
  • In charge of the marketing collateral inventory, design, and production.
  • Develop briefs and assist in ideas creation and creative cycles (design, copywriting, etc.).ÿ
  • Ensure all documentation required by Procurement & Finance is carried out across the team in line with policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Head of Marketing in all daily work when required.
  • Effectively handle the day-to-day Marcom activities.
  • Oversee the implementation of the annual marketing plans, budget, and campaigns.
  • Monitor competition?s marketing activities and report on any updates.
  • Follow up with the Digital team on the integrated pipeline activities.ÿ
  • Oversee & manage events & productions.
