Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOBTo support the Business Development & Strategic Planning / Research function within the company and to provide detailed insights re-competitive players in the market place and hence contribute in progressively avail strategic advice and guidance to the Management Team on competition dynamics and market trends, USP?s and offerings and hence support business with an informed decision-making process.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tracking all competitive players throughout Egypt.
  • Conducting periodical / regular mystery shopper visits to competitors? sales offices to get hands on all needed data re-their offerings (residential, corporate and commercial).
  • Developing rapport with competition sales agents and brokers, and run regular phone calls as spot checks for their offerings updates.
  • Introducing SMART market intelligence solutions via constructing, developing and managing multi-layered market intelligence data base and querying system (maps, data fields, competitors data fields,?..etc).
  • Introducing monthly newsletter with key updates and insights regarding competition pricing, designs, etc.
  • Supporting Market Intelligence Manager/Director in consumer research.
  • Supporting Market Intelligence Manager/Director in managing external research agencies
