Your main scope will include driving our TD agenda for building our leaders and driving a learning culture at talabat Egypt as well as the rest of the region .What?s On Your Plate?

• Designing & implementing leadership development programs for senior leaders
• Lead a structured and continuous learning plan to upskill talabat managers & team leaders
• Support in talent reviews to identify potential talent and facilitate their growth plans
• Develop and lead regional learning agenda; providing employees with diversified learning tools used by the modern learner like, digital learning, peer-learning , experiential workshops and other resources.
• Develop external partnership with global business schools, coaching firms, leadership institutes to bring the latest and best learning & development experience for talabat employees.
• Build learning content & facilitate interactive workshops for managers & teams
• Drive a high performance culture in talabat Egypt through coaching managers, leading performance evaluation cycles, Monthly Connects, 360 Feedback & Growth Plans
