The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage a team and ensure the smooth running of all operations in the mall.Job Responsibility:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall, including managing tenant relations and resolving any issues or concerns- Ensure the mall is clean, safe, and well-maintained, coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping teams as needed- Monitor and enforce mall policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by tenants, staff, and guests- Handle guest/tenant complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction- Coordinate with tenants regarding lease agreements, rent collection, and any contract-related matters- Conduct regular inspections of the mall premises to identify any maintenance or safety concerns and take appropriate actions- Prepare reports and updates on the malls operations, including financial and operational performance, for management review
