Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of successfully managing maintenance operations. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the maintenance department, including the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. You will also be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with safety and quality standards.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement an effective maintenance strategy to ensure the reliable operation of equipment and facilities
  2. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to production
  3. Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard
  4. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and implement improvements
  5. Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and resources are effectively allocated
  6. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors
  8. Provide technical expertise and support to other departments as required
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance management
  3. Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and industry standards
  4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
