To ensure that the scrap area is clean and the GMP is maintained and followed at all times.?????????? To ensure that all documentation is submitted on time and accurately.??????????? Define and prepare annual Capex and Opex requirements for Logistics operation?????????? Monitor the financial performance of Logistics operations? activities versus budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly.?????????? Managing operations budget negotiations and preparations including CAPEX and OPEX.?????????? Managing warehouse asset.?????????? To lead and provide proper training with regards to the safety and with proper guidance of the safety officer.?????????? Inspect facility to assure adherence to safety and operating policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).??????????? Coordinates with other departments for smooth flow of Logistics operation.?????????? To check and circulate Stock Position Report (SPR), Ageing, Daily sales and Pallet and Layer pad report on the daily basis.??????????
