So whatever your role, if you share our passion for helping others, you?ll be working towards creating a better and fairer future for all.You are responsible forManage commercial projects outbound and inbound logistics, 3PL inventory control, shipment follow up, and local 3rd. party consignees tell goods arrival to customer including:

  • To lead3PL inventory control, shipment follow up (outbound and inbound), customs clearance including the required documents flow to enable smooth process to ensure on-time delivery to the customer.
  • Full alignment with GBS, OM, PCT, OSS andPM?s for accurate delivery and SAP management related to the logistics process and documents flow.
  • Initiate Advanced Cargo Identification (ACID) Number with the consignees / GBS team to allow compliant importation process with appropriate regulations, policies for timely and accurate control and resolution of issues that may arise.
  • Ensure reverse logistics is managed and salvage activities are performed and to have an overview of non-salvaged goods.
  • Managing 3rd party logistics, including external warehousing and transportation based on SLA for proper costs and efficiency.
  • Accountable for inventory accuracy at external warehouse and review of any inventory issues (damage, loss, missing or excess inventory), regularly Wall to Wall, cycle counts, stock level and audits process.
  • To be able to submit the commercial DEFOA cases on the system.
  • To be the first line reviewing the transportation, consignees? invoices and compare them with the PO?s or contracts and approve them when needed

  • Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of education
  • Minimum 3 years Supply Chain/ Logistics related business or administration experience is preferred
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem solving skills.
  • Strong follow up skills
